Attention Copilot

The mechanics of attention, applied to work.

Attention Copilot combines live work coaching, contemplative practice, somatic awareness, and parts-informed inquiry to help people access deeper, steadier attention while doing real work.

Why this exists

Many people already know inner work is possible. They have meditated, gone to therapy, done parts work, read the books, accessed altered states, or seen how subconscious patterns can soften and change.

The gap is that those practices often do not make it all the way into work. Contemplative practice and modern psychology both point toward wiser, healthier ways of relating to the mind, but most productivity advice still stays at the level of tasks, habits, and systems.

Attention Copilot is real-time coaching for the inner mechanics underneath attention. It is a real-time intervention for ambivalence.

A Letter From Our Founder

Pranab Sachithanandan

I'm Pranab, founder of Attention Copilot.

In 2023, I was burned out, distracted, and months behind on an important project. I had done the usual things: body doubling, talking about it in therapy, meditating, and reasoning it out. Some of that helped me understand the pattern, but when it was time to actually work, I still kept finding ways around it.

Eventually, I asked a coach I trusted to sit with me on Zoom while I worked. We named the task, noticed the dread that came up, and paused long enough to feel what was happening instead of immediately pushing past it or opening another tab.

That experience became the seed of Attention Copilot: live coaching informed by the inner mechanics of attention, applied directly while you work. The point is not to add more pressure, more productivity hacks, or another system you have to maintain. It is to help you relate to the work differently in the exact moment where focus, avoidance, tension, and clarity are all in play.

Attention Copilot helps you practice the attentional skills that make clear, deliberate, and joyful flow easier to return to.
