How sessions work

Each session is built around work the person already needs to do. The coach supplies structure, live observation, and attention support while the work is happening.

Set the task and the state

Your team member joins their coach on Zoom, names the real work in front of them, and settles enough to start from clarity instead of calendar residue.

Work live with support

They share screen or work alongside the coach. The coach watches attention in real time, narrows the next move, and helps them return when drift, tension, Slack, or side quests pull them away.

Close the loop

They leave with movement on actual work, a clearer attention pattern, and one skill to carry into the next noisy week.

Over time, sessions train the skills to choose what deserves attention, switch intentionally, and return faster after interruptions.
